Wyoming is the place that contains all the features of a tourist attraction. It is a blend of natural wonders and the ‘Old West’ culture. Those who love Western history must visit this place at least once during their lifetime. The attractive and majestic peaks, freshwater rivers and endless plains make this place one of the miracles of nature. This place is well known for its scenic beauty and opportunities for outdoor recreation. This place takes you back to the historical times of the West signifying the cowboys and mining. It takes you on the long journey of at least 200 years ago and makes you feel as if you are living in some Western movie.

Yellowstone National Park, also known as the ‘wonderland’ is full of natural beauty. It covers an area of over 2.2 million acres. It contains the Old Faithful Geyser, Hot Springs and Lamar Valley as well. This area is full of a variety of wildlife. Yellowstone is included in the best places to visit in the United States. The Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole are believed to be the hubs of the beautiful rugged peaks. The meadows in this area are quite attractive which remind you of the Garden of Eden due to the pristine lakes and the clear rivers running by. The wildlife in this area includes the huge bison, elk, the small pika and marmots. Sometimes, you may also see a bear if you are lucky enough. This area offers everything including hiking facilities, horseback riding, fishing and lake cruising, etc.

Next on the list is the Buffalo Bill Center which has five museums. Each of these museums is famous for their own exclusive qualities. The Buffalo Bill Museum is famous for American artifacts from the historical life of the land. Cody Firearms Museum is famous for the huge collection of guns and pistols. Similarly, the other three museums have their own appeal and you have to visit the place to experience their charm. All of them have many rare and special things for you to see.

Fort Laramie National Historic Site is the place originally known for its trade in fur. A trading post was built here back in 1834. There are many historical buildings that have been restored. These buildings really take you back to the life that people used to live 200 years ago. There is nothing else you could ask for as a tourist. Undoubtedly, this is a ‘must visit’ place in US.
