The 60 millionth lucky rider was Steve Riley from San Diego. Steve and his wife Laura were greeted by the Host Committee Chairman and official Ambassador, Oscar Goodman with his signature martini. He was accompanied by the Monorail representatives, showgirls and bundles of prizes.

Monorail VP and Chief Marketing Officer was expressed his excitement by stating that they are very happy to welcome the 60 millionth rider. He also mentioned that they have added new destinations to the monorail strip to make it more thrilling and full of excitement. He mentioned the High Roller Observation Wheel, The Linq Entertainment Dinning and Shopping District. He did not forget to talk about the Cromwell and SLS Las Vegas which are all easily accessible from the monorail stations.
